It’s a tourist hotel. Always packed with group tourists mainly Chinese. The building has Novotel, Novotel Suites and Ibis all in the same building and next door is Mercure Grand. Location is not the best. It’s not on a main road but is behind main train station. And there’s hush development plan going on around the hotel. Expect lots of construction noise around the hotel next few years. Stay away if you can

I would of gave 5 star but the breakfast was served with same menu when I stayed there 5nights. ₩57,000 it could of been better. Other hotels with cheaper rooms had better menu for breakfast.

Wonderful experience! We were greatly helped with Daisy -the lady was generous with her time and support and guided us for hours while we booked our trips (even the ones outside of Seoul)! Highly recommend this place and its close to most must-visit destinations in Seoul!

**Disappointing Experience at Novotel Seoul Ambassador** As a frequent traveler and a gold status member, I had high expectations for my stay at Novotel Seoul Ambassador. However, my recent experience left much to be desired. The first issue arose when I had to check out a day early due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite my loyalty and long-term commitment to the brand, the hotel refused to provide a refund for the unused night. While I understand that some rates may be non-refundable, I expected more flexibility and accommodation as a valued customer. The second incident occurred on a Sunday morning when I encountered difficulties with the included breakfast. To my surprise, the hotel had failed to register my name or room number for the complimentary meal. This oversight led to a chaotic situation, with a long line forming behind me as staff attempted to rectify the error. The lack of organization and attention to detail was both frustrating and stressful. Overall, my experience at Novotel Seoul Ambassador fell short of my expectations. Despite being a loyal customer, I did not feel valued or appreciated during my stay. Moving forward, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their customer service and address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable experience for all guests.

This hotel has a connecting bridge to Yongsan Station and iPark Mall. It is very conveniently located. The hotel is very clean and quiet. They have a good spread of breakfast, too. The hotel staff specks English and gives good directions to nearby attractions.
