We stayed here for one week in April. The main negative was the size and design of the room. It was difficult to manage for two people. There were not enough hangars. There was virtually no drawer space. Very little places to store anything other than just in your open suitcase. The bathroom had a hair dryer but the only plug was in the minibar. It was not possible to dry and style hair with the dim light. Finally the light by the door comes on automatically which is annoying at night.

This is a lovely hotel with super friendly staff who are extremely friendly, welcoming and engaging.
I stayed here for 3 nights and was impressed by the quality and standard of the room itself and the hotel, overall.
Front desk staff are very nice and the cafe/bar likewise; the food and drink there is very good and of a reasonable price.
I also had breakfast in the hotel and found it to be good with a wide selection.
The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well appointed.
I especially liked how the cafe/bar offered 25% discount for HHonors members.
Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

There are not many Hiltons in Seoul, but this one in Gangnam is nice and fairly central in Seoul. This is my second stay here within 7 months and it's been nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice. I checked out the gym and it's very small, but adequate. The pool was closed when I was there. They do have Washers and Dryers for use in the lower levels for a fee. There is some road noise depending on where you are facing. The reception may have ear plugs for you. If you are planning to visit Costco, there is one about a 10 minute taxi ride away.

Rooms are standard and practical , with everything you need. There is a direct bus to airport right outside the hotel bus 6009 which cost 17k .
Staff are friendly and pleasant.
No upgrades for diamond member. Would not stay here again as its really really far from everywhere especially with the morning jam.

Valentine’s stay of 4 nights. As Diamond members, we were quite disappointed when we checked in and were not given any upgrade ….even we saw in the reviews other diamond members were upgraded (some even with views)…..the girl didn’t check any availability but simply told us this hotel brand doesn’t upgrade diamond members!!!!!(Even we were upgraded in other cities/countries’ Garden Inn. But we were still grateful we were able to go into our room before check in time as our flight arrived early in the morning!
We were given welcome drink vouchers of non-alcoholic drinks at the corner cafe….and a small box of cookies.
We woke up twice in the middle of the night because it was too warm but we couldn’t adjust the thermostat, as reviewed by other guests.
Breakfast buffet was sumptuous though (Korean and western style) and waiters/waitresses provided high quality service
Front desk staff Jackson was our favorite. Fluent in English, he was enthusiastic to explain all the sight seeing places, public transport tours and all kinds of interesting restaurants. The other staff at the front desk were also friendly and efficient! They also made reservations for nearby restaurants (we wouldnt be able to communicate at all!!)
Overall we had a good stay here….one minute walk to subway station! Also easy access to public airport bus, just cross the road at the lights. (The bus stops are in the middle of traffic....make sure you wait for the right direction airport bus...or pay attention to other tourists dragging suitcases :))
