Great location especially for the price, staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and while nothing special, was fine for what you pay. Airport bus stop is right outside! Breakfast was pretty basic, more like a school cafeteria. All in all, happy with my stay.

Staying here was great! Room was small but to be expected, super close to the bus stop that you can take the airport bus 6009 to and from incheon airport. The free breakfast was definitely a highlight for me, it felt very home cooked and delicious. The only issue I had was that sometimes the person at the front desk didn’t speak English and sometimes they did, so communication was a bit difficult at times. As well the elevators don’t stop on every floor (ex some of them only go from 1-9 and then up to 18), and they each have their own button so pressing one button will not call whichever one is free. During breakfast hours (7-9:30am) and checkout (10am) the elevators are super busy and honestly it’s just easier to use the stairs if you can. All in all, a great hotel to stay at for a short term stay.

Toyoko inn is a Japan Chain Hotel, with their standard. the location is so strategic because there's bus stop right in front of the hotel (event the airport bus stop there), and we can access the Metro from Gangnam station (but it is quite a walk). also it is quite near to Goto Mall and Gangnam shopping street, you can either take the Bus or walking. The staff is so helpful they event offer to keep my luggage if i want to explore the area before the check in time or check out time, they ask in advance wether we want our room clean daily or just wanted the bottled water and clean towel change everyday, they will wrap it and leave it in front of our room, without disturbing us. The room is quite spacious, clean, comfortable and sound proof, the only minus i can say is there is no electricity outlet on the window side of the room, the most important thing for me that there is a bidet in the toilet! What interest me the most is that they provide pajamas that we can borrow. the pajamas cabinet are located near the lift, and the cabinet are equip with UC light to kill germ, right next to the pajamas cabinet we can get the coffee and tea if we need any. They also provide water dispenser, ice maker, and microwave next to the public use computer at the lobby. oh yeah, i almost forgot, they have laundry room where we can use the coin laundry and dryer if we need to do our laundry, it is quite cheap.

It was a very nice hotel in a great location. Check-in was very quick and simple to sign up for a Toyoko Membership Card. For the price I paid I would stay here again next time I’m in Seoul. It had a good view with good sound proofing. It is in a good location close to the subway and the room was comfortable. The free breakfast was good although I wish there was more food options. Daily services was provided including free bottle water and fresh daily towels. The coin laundry was very convenient although can be busy at times. If you’re looking for somewhere convenient, affordable and comfortable then I would recommend the Toyoko Inn Gangnam.

I stayed here while I'm visiting Seoul. Staffs were kind and nice. Amenities were good considering the rate of staying. It is great value hotel. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting for the business or short trip to Seoul.
