Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas hotel. Was my first time visiting Seoul and stayed at this hotel based off a friend’s recommendation. The location was in a busy but clean & nice area of the city. Close to lots of shopping, entertainment, and transit services. The only downside of the location is the distance to the main historical sites (45-60min via public transit). The hotel room was very clean and updated. Opted for the junior suite which provided extra space which was nice. Daily room service kept the room clean and tidy. In terms of food, I only ate breakfast at the hotel, but that was excellent. The buffet is not cheap but definitely a fun way to start the day. Lots of traditional Korean cuisine options or “American” food to choose from. Fresh fruit juices and smoothies were always a hit. Overall, I’m very pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas. The room is very comfortable with great views of the city. All facilities and toiletries in the room are of high standards. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional. The location of the hotel is perfectly convenient - with the lift connecting to the mall and few minutes walk to Samseong metro station. The lobby has live music in the evening and looks very elegant. The food, especially breakfast is superb! I will definitely stay here again in my next visit to Seoul and would highly recommend it!

Words fall short when trying to convey our immense gratitude and affection for our experience at the Intercontinental Parnas Hotel in Seoul, Korea. They graciously upgraded us to a magnificent Ambassador suite, undoubtedly among the finest accommodations we've had the pleasure of staying in. The suite boasted a dining area capable of seating eight, with soaring ceilings that reached at least 16 feet, and wall-to-ceiling windows that added to its grandeur. Not to mention, the inclusion of a massage chair was a delightful touch. Another standout feature was the spacious bathtub equipped with a TV, elevating our relaxation experience. Uniquely, the suite offered a clothing heating and disinfecting unit within the closet area, a convenience not commonly found, which proved to be extremely useful for drying clothes or refreshing winter coats as needed. The ambiance of the room was perfectly enhanced by a sound system and a Jazz CD album provided by the hotel. Our affection for the CDs led us to inquire about purchasing it from the club lounge team. In an unexpected gesture of kindness, they informed us it was not for sale and out of stock, but the housekeeping manager generously offered us to keep the CD as a gift. This thoughtful act truly impressed us. Our affection for the Intercontinental Hotels and the IHG program has only deepened following our exceptional stays in Seoul and recently in Paris, solidifying our admiration for their unparalleled luxury service. Dean and Jason from the club lounge truly went above and beyond by personally searched the restaurants and jazz clubs we found online that matched our tastes. Their promptness and hospitality enriched our experience, showcasing their exceptional service and deep local insights.

I was greeted by the warmest welcome and they explain to me my platinum benefits. I think they gave me an upgrade but I wasn't sure, the room I stayed in felt like a suite, huge spacious and clean. The location is fantastic being just above coex mall. Breakfast spread was huge and delicious and yummy. I came with my infant and they prepped everything in advanced in the room for me such as baby cot. During meals, baby high chair and cutleries are provided. They also have a breastfeeding room in the lobby. Definitely recommend to stay again.

I stayed here in October 2023. Hotel staff were very friendly. We stayed in a one bedroom suite on a high floor with lounge access. Let me tell you that lounge access is awesome! Great for breakfast and even a light dinner if you don't want to go out. Staff at the lounge were very friendly. Room was a good size and possibly a little small for a suite but it was nice and always clean. It is a good location for shopping and going through Coex shopping and Hyundai mall. I would stay here again!
