Opening hours

The hotel changed the room key password and we are not able to enter the room after we got back. They said it is a hotel regulation but did not tell us in advance. We were locked outside of the room. Although the front desk is very polite still caused us a lot of trouble (new key dod not work and we went to the front desk twice!)

Great private place. Very close to Swiss village and other attractions. However on winter the private pool and jacuzzi are not nearly warm enough. And it seems after 12 the exterior lights are turned off and cannot be turned back on within the room only by the lobby which working hours goes from 7 to 24.

A place where no one says anything even if you shout and sing loudly in the early morning. The front desk doesn't answer the phone in the early morning, and there's no answer.

It's okay. It's clean and the surroundings are cute.

Satisfied for the price. The room was fairly clean, and the lady in the restaurant was friendly. Fortunately, there are convenience stores nearby. However, the location is a bit... difficult to get to without a car.
