Great!
A nice property with close proximity to shopping malls and office buildings. Overall quality of rooms, service, food and hardware was excellent. Rooms were of very good size and came well furnished and with good nice hardware. It doesn't show any age and the finishing touches were excellent. Gym space was excellent with good choice of cardio and free weights and offered excellent space for a big hotel and the indoor pool looked appealing. Buffet breakfast had a very good spread of both western and Asian dishes, good selection of freshly prepared dishes on offer and overall quality of buffet was good. We dined at the rooftop restaurant one evening and it offers very nice views and good selection of dishes. Service at the restaurant was a standout and was excellent.

Perfect!
The breakfast is 75,000 won per pax i.e . very pricey. Rooms are excellent but the nearby Hyundai Mall is a fail - substandard shopping mall. Nothing to buy, limited restaurants and sad supermarket. It is nothing compared to Lotte or Shing. Wont be staying here for vacation @400,000 won per night.[incl. Breakfast].

Good!
Great proximity to The Hyundai which is a must go shopping mall and the han gang river park. It's not as convenient as being near the green subway line but can get to most places by transferring to different subway lines. The only reason I'm rating the hotel so low is because the breakfast buffet gave us food poisoning. I'd avoid the sea snails and stick with the non-seafood options if you have a sensitive stomach.

Perfect!
The room was fantastic. The breakfast in the spectrum restaurant was very good. Every ballet staffs were so kind. Especially Jenifer on 3F was very professional. She resolved some problem. -- cons -- A lot of employees changed. That's a pity.

Great!
We stayed here for 4 nights in mid-May. The hotel is a business and residential area, however serviced by 2 subway lines and a decent bus network. It is also on the Airport bus route which is a bonus. The property is fairly new however appears dated already. The big red design features, whilst recognisable cheapen the 5 star hotel. Checkin was quite straightforward, and our request for a complimentary late check out was granted. The king room is large and spacious, tastefully decorated, and well appointed. There are a number of housekeeping issues relating to a tear in our bed linen, the light bar near the bath being detached, and a number of long black hairs in the robes. The TV is large, and Chrome Cast and youtube are available however with the 50 channels on offer, aside from news and sport, there are no other English language channels, which for an international hotel is disappointing. The marble in the bathroom is stunning however we felt there could be some measures put in place for the slippery floor in the shower besides a small sign. We are confident that an aesthetically pleasing solution could be found to reduce a potential safety incident. The keycards for the rooms are nfc cards, however these don't seem to be picked up easily in the elevators, requiring an awkward handling to get them to recognise the floor access request. The gym is well equipped with towels and cold water provided. The lobby bakery and coffee shop look delightful however a coffee at USD14 is difficult to justify. The door staff and concierge were incredibly helpful however we felt the front of house staff very reserved. We stay at All Accor properties around the world, and in particular Fairmont hotels, and found this overall of a lower standard. Hopefully, as a new hotel, feedback like this can be considered constructive and an opportunity to improve sort.
