Perfect!
Amazing hotel and very comfortable bed very clean. I really like it and price is reasonable. Stuff are very welcoming and speak English as well. Overall it's nice ? ? ? ☺️ ? ?

I stayed here for the last 6 days. I was lucky enough to have 2 rooms as part of my trip was through a third party. My first room was lovely, with the view of the city. The room was clean and spacious for 1 person. The shower was lovely along with the toilet which had a heated seat! My second room was my favourite. I had the view of the river which was very pretty. I also was 9 floors higher this time. I had no issues at all in either of my rooms. The safes were easy to work and the TV, Shower, Toilet, Kettle, Hairdryer etc had no issues. I am so impressed with the service I received. The staff were able to speak clear english which made me feel extremely comfortable as I was alone in Seoul for the first time. I ordered room service twice due to being out all day at a concert and had no time to eat out. The food was excellent. The staff bring it up to your room wrapped up and you can pay at the door with a credit card, or keep it tabbed on your room bill for later. I also left my luggage with the staff for a day as I had to move rooms and was out exploring all day. The staff were fantastic, keeping my luggage in a back room until I arrived back at 11:30pm that night. Check in was extremely simple and the staff made me feel very welcome. Thank you Ibis Yongsan! I will definitely be staying here again. The location is very central to everything, taking only 20/30 minutes to get to some of the main attractions in Seoul. The fact that the hotel is next to Yongsan station really helps. There is also a bus station a couple of yards away where 1 bus can take you to the cable car for the Namsan Tower! I did this on my final night here and it was so easy. The location was a massive benefit to my trip in Seoul. I was able to see a lot more in the short space of time because of the location.

Spectacular view from our room and we were allowed early check-in❤️❤️❤️thank you as we arrived way much earlier. Superior Service. Recommended. i like the place, especially the dining area, the food and the view is perfect! they clean my room everyday, change my towels and linens, and replace the bottled water. so thank you for being part of my great expedition in Korea! definitely i'll visit again ??? #lovefromPhilippines

My family and I were visiting Seoul a week ago and we were staying at this hotel. My first impression of the hotel lobby was great. Although not all staff can speak English. Knowing this is a 4-star hotel, the service from the reception wasn’t quite meeting the expectation. I am quite a frequent traveller myself and have stayed in multiple hotels across the world. I was frankly quite surprised to see that the night-shift receptionist staff wasn’t quite helpful and indeed quite rude to my parents. We asked for 2 bottles of water for the room as it came with complimentary water and the staff said to us that they’ll have to charge the water to our rooms as of other amenities that we asked for (tissue box- refill.) I was so shocked as none of the other hotels had ever mentioned that if we requested for the complimentary water, they’d have to charge to our room and we were only asking for a refill as we did not request to have our rooms made up. This is my second time visiting Korea, however it’s a first time for the rest of my family and I didn’t think it was a good impression your staff made, representing the hotel nor the country’s hospitality.
