Opening hours

Very modern and no frills, provides many essential amenities. The shower, toilet and basin are also separate from each other, which is a huge plus. There's also a pillow menu available (10/10 will get body pillow). Breakfast is excellent. The rooftop terrace is very nice. My only gripe is that the shower room uses frosted glass, so it's rather disconcerting when the people you're rooming with are preparing to shower while you're at the basin brushing your teeth.

Great hotel with all the mod cons. The design and dark colors made for a nice vibe. Rooms had everything you would need for a short stay. The front desk was efficient with great customer service

Very bad experiences we are a party of three adults and 2 kids arrived at hotel at 2:30pm on 19/1/24. Been inform even though the room is ready we can’t check in until 3pm unless we willing to pay extra money. This is ridiculous. Among all hotels I been to in past 20years there’s no hotel which have available room and ask to pay more to check in (only 30mins before check in time)

Judy Song, the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. The glad hotel was very convenient in location and provided great service.

I stayed in this hotel back in 2018 and enjoyed the stay a great deal. The staff is very friendly and the location is great. The rooms are bigger than a typical Korean hotel room.
