Perfect!
amazing hotel! This hotel is right on the edge of the bay so you can enjoy views of the ships and the bay in the city of Seoul. strategic location close to the Hyundai outlets shopping center and restaurants. This hotel also has an E-mart mini market which is open 24 hours so you don't have to bother shopping for food, drinks or your needs while staying at this hotel. To access the mall, you just need to walk about 15 minutes along the edge of the bay. The room prices are quite affordable, the service is good, and the cleanliness of the rooms is very well maintained. One thing that I was very impressed with, there wasn't a single insect in this room! amazing cleanliness of this hotel !

Worst.
Lost things in the room, disposable slippers were thrown away before checking out, and continuous noise during the middle of the night On the first evening back, three of the children's toys went missing. I called the front desk to report it, and they immediately said the toys weren't valuable, so the cleaning staff couldn't have taken them. The stuffed animals were of sentimental value to my children but obviously they couldn't care less. On the second day, when I returned to the hotel, the housekeeping staff had taken away all the disposable indoor slippers and did not replace them with new ones. On the third day, at 3 AM, there was a continuous noise in the room that made it impossible to sleep again. This is the worst "four-star" hotel I have ever stayed in.

Not bad
Stayed here for 2 nights recently and I was rather disappointed by this hotel but the problems with it should be easy for the hotel to fix. The first problem is the rooms are way too hot at 27 degrees and the air conditioning wasn’t working as apparently they only let you turn it on in the summer. The windows don’t open very far either I could only get the room down to 26 degrees. The second problem is the breakfast as it’s way too crowded and the options are very weird like egg fried rice. Where were the scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. I also don’t want to line up behind 30 people to just get my food, another line of 10 people just to get my toast and then additional line of 10 people to get my coffee at 6.40am. The last problem is the guy who served me was rather rude and aggressive. Clearly someone needs some training in customer service. The positives is the hotel and rooms look nice and modern and there are some good onsite facilities like the 24 hour store hence why I am rating this place 2 stars and not 1 star.

Not bad
During my recent stay at Hotel Marinabay Seoul, a part of my first trip to Korea for a company incentive trip, I found the overall experience below average. The hotel, unfortunately, did not live up to my expectations in several key aspects. Firstly, the location of the hotel is quite inconvenient for those looking to explore Seoul. It is situated far from the city's main attractions, making it difficult for guests to experience the vibrant life of Seoul easily. The only notable advantage is its proximity to a premium outlet, a mere 10-minute walk away, but this alone does not compensate for its remote location. The customer service was another area where the hotel fell short. The staff appeared uninviting and lacked the warmth and friendliness that is crucial in the hospitality industry. Their demeanour, without even a basic smile, significantly impacted the overall experience, especially for a visitor to Korea. Additionally, a major disappointment was the advertised sky pool, which was closed for safety reasons during my stay. This was particularly frustrating as the sky pool was a prominent feature in the hotel's promotions. The lack of access to this facility raises questions about the hotel's decision to promote an amenity that was not available to guests, misleading and contributing to an overall disappointing experience. Given these factors, I would not recommend Hotel Marinabay Seoul, especially for those eager to explore Seoul. While it has potential, the hotel's current shortcomings in location, service, and facilities significantly detract from what could have been a pleasant stay.
