Room conditions were so-so; breakfast is extremely underwhelming; they have a "roof garden" that is just a few stones, tables, and weeds. They only have three elevators for 45 floors (technically two elevators, since one elevator only stops at even number floors and the other at odd number floors), so you can literally be waiting for 20 minutes just to get on an elevator.
Staff was friendly enough, but I find it hard to believe that this place is a 4-star hotel.

Nice hotel, but it is a little odd because there are two hotel brands occupying the building just on different floors. New Harbor Hotel and Hotel Adela. From the looks of the pictures, both have the same rooms, but perhaps managed by different companies.
The staff is excellent though. Very friendly, helpful, and there was an English-speaking worker every time I went to the front desk.
Rooms are more like 3 star rooms, but clean. The rooms do get a lot of use. The rooftop restaurant and bar is 4 stars for sure and very nice place to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner. The bar is really nice as well. Halls are very dark and the elevator is slow. There is a convenient store in the lobby, so that is a really nice.
Location is very good with just a 5 minute walk to Lotte mall where a lot of restaurants and lots of stores. Also, short walk to tourist spots like Busan Tower and some of the hot shopping and night markets with food stalls. Public transportation is good with buses and train station close so you can go anywhere in Busan.

Had a blast staying at Adela!
Their rooms are very clean and have an amazing view of city and ocean!
Will definitely come back next time when i am in busan!

First and foremost, I must express my dissatisfaction with this so-called 4-star hotel, which in reality felt more like a 2.5-star establishment. The state of cleanliness and outdatedness of the hotel left much to be desired. The torn and disgustingly dirty hallways were a major turnoff, as were the severely stained floors and neglected baseboards that seemed to have been ignored for years. To make matters worse, the bathroom was riddled with someone else's hair on the floor, bathtub, and toilet, which was simply unacceptable.
Despite this, I will acknowledge that the staff were friendly, albeit struggling with their limited English proficiency. However, when I attempted to address these issues with them, they appeared confused and unable to provide a satisfactory solution.
Given my experience, I strongly caution anyone considering a stay at this hotel to think twice. The quality of the accommodations does not match the exorbitant price, and overall, it was an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience.

I stayed in room 2111 and the soundproofing was very bad. The door next door opened but I thought someone opened the door to my room. The water in the shower often flows on its own. Recommended to stay at another hotel
