Great hotel with rooftop pool. Rooftop pool is NO KIDS ALLOWED so for us that is great. 6th floor is the FAMILY POOL.

Quality of room was 4 star. It was clean, had all amenities and comfortable bed. Nice view of ocean. Downside was small pool and overcrowded. Plus they wanted to charge extra 20 per person. Breakfast was also extra charge and review the buffet we opted out as the price didn't reflect the options of food. So I would not say it was a good value for price. Was not on beach, had to take taxi to get to a nice area.

Room wasn’t clean especially the Toilet Smells can’t me sleep well I should have tell the staff. but I read many reviews for the cleaning they can’t changed. the hotel at Joomunjin very far from Gangneung I recommend have to book at real Gangneung near Gyungpo beach.

It's ok, nothing special. My biggest concern is that there are other hotels at the same price point that are "beach front" not ocean view. To get to the beach you have to walk almost 2 miles. In my opinion, it's not worth getting a room here. The view is fisherman's port. Just ugly. If I hadn't prepaid through hotels.com, I would have cancelled and started elsewhere. Lesson: double check the address before booking. Don't trust the booking website.

Good location and clean but lack of viww and good swimming pool. Business hotel level
