Famous restaurant for Seollangtang. For me, Seollangtang was better than the Yukgaejang but you need to add salt. Broth is not very rich but meat slices are super tender.

The flavour of this restaurant's soups is amazing. It feels like it boiled for a long time, but it doesn't feel very sticky or stale. It has a lot of very good quality beef which is normally used for steak. If you have any chance to visit the Gangnam area, this can be a great option to visit.

a famous k beef bone stock soup , seolleongtang restaurant in seonrueng st. clean and deep savory soup is good kimchi is also tasty. a spacious place but always crowded in daytime. no break time good for solo meals. worth to try.

I enjoyed this, the soup is a bit bland but once you add the salt and pepper it becomes delicious. The beef knee is delicious if you love tendon/ cartilage in general. Quick service. Some of the staff speak mandarin too. It's worth getting either a median/ large soup and then the knee slices to share. Lots of sides too.

Used to be my go to place for beef bone broth but it’s gone downhill post covid. The broth is watery and not milky like it used to be, not sure what happened but I also didn’t see the owners in the restaurant greeting customers like they used to. Perhaps that’s why the quality has gone down. The kimchi and boiled beef knee are still great, but considering the star here should be the soup, I don’t think I’d come again.
