Big room with washing machine. Good location with olle market and all eating restaurants nearby. Experience like others mistook the hotel locations.. others associated shinshin hotels, ensure u got the right address.

Had a wonderful overnight stay and got a great deal as well. For the price we paid, we got a clean room with fridge, kitchen sink, washer/dryer and lots of storage space/cabinets. I think this hotel is perfect for long term stay. We didn't pay extra for breakfast but that option is available. Water pressure was great. The water heater works perfectly fine and the bidet was awesome! The location is close to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores too.

These rooms are very, very good value. It's basically a studio apartment. There's a lot of free space. You have two wardrobes, one of which could be considered a walk-in wardrobe. It also comes with a full-size fridge, freezer, and washing machine, which makes it very convenient for longer stays. The location is very good with it being in the city centre, very close to shops, a lot of restaurants and the ocean too. The bathroom could do with better cleaning though. Apart from that, my room didn't get a lot of natural light in, so I had to have the lights on even during the day. The WiFi was also very patchy and unreliable. So I hope they fix that. But I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. The value is unbeatable.

Absolutely amazing deal. This hotel is so reasonably priced for what you get. The location is great. The room had pretty much anything you could want: a large fridge and freezer, a washing machine with free detergent, a full shower that is separate from the sink area. There is also free parking. I loved staying here. My one complaint is that the beds were not that comfortable.

The rooftop has an excellent view. Staff is friendly but for us communication took a little effort. Bus stops are close by and a lot of south waterfall attractions are close by. It's a pension house so has washing machine in the room which was great as mid way through our stay we could use it. Very budget friendly too and lot of eateries and convenient stores close by.
