Not bad
The Receptionist cannot communicate in simple English. Whenever i use papago apps to translate & ask one of female Receptionist how to going to Seowigpo Olle Market, she just simply reply me : find the way yourself. Im really speechless!!! Even i ask nearby 7-11 staff, they also can point out where is the direction yet a hotel receptionist cannot answer a tourist’s simple question! Although ShinShin Hotel Cheinjiyeon price is truly fair, but i wouldn’t come back again next time

Worst.
Not sure where to start. First room had a very strange moldy smell, so they were happy to help me to get a different room. Second room had a strange smell too and wasn't clean. I found tissues under the bed. And I am sure the chairs etc. are not moved to hoover the stained carpet. Interior is old and broken. My friends had similar issues. Am sorry to say, that I wouldn't stay there again. It needs to be renovated and cleaned properly. Mostly broken interior...

Good!
This review comes as comparison with 3 other hotels we stayed in Korea and Sin Sin comes in 3rd place. First, maybe you won't be silly as us, but given there are 3 Sin Sin hotels in close proximity - make sure you put in Naver or tell the taxi driver the address. Let's start with the good things. Big hotel in a very convenient location for exploring the south of the island. Big Reception with Business center and water dispenser for unlimited supply of water. We rented a car and the hotel - although limited - has parking free of charge. Breakfast area on groundfloor - spacious. Variety of food although the options were a bit hard to match into a coherent breakfast but overall we did not stay hungry so that being said it's a matter of taste i suppose. A very large bathroom with the usual shower gel & shampoo/conditioner which were not drying on the skin/scalp. Bus station in front of the hotel The Market is very close to the hotel ± all the restaurants area Now the not so much good things: Room with a view over the island - could even see a bit the ocean in the distance but so tiny. The smallest room we had during our 2 week stay in korea. Although i love a big bathroom i think they can make it smaller making more space in the actual room - i am not even kidding but the bathroom was almost the same size. ? A small clothing rack with 4-5 mostly broken hangers. Carpet outdated and a bit stained. AC - we had issues in getting it started at a steady flow of cold air but we managed to keep the room cool by leaving it on even when we were away (you will pay a 1000won deposit for the 2nd key) No Laundry services (but a coin laundry around the corned - the dryer not doing much of drying tho and prices a bit higher than ehat we have at a previous hotel in Seoul - i think washing is at 4000won and dryer 500won per 8 min) Jeju Island is so magical and so many beautiful things to see, smell, taste, experience that although the hotel choice could have been better we had the best time.

Good!
The rooms were dirty and smelled pretty bad of moisture or bleach. The carpet was very dirty with stains on it all over the hotel. We got two different rooms which were ok. Breakfast was 13 000 won. It was okay with hot breakfast and toast but nothing extraordinarily delicious. There is no glass for juice, though. All in all it was an okay price for the room but I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
