Stayed here for 3 nights in two occasions. Both time rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable.
One bad thing about this place is its slow elevators. They have 3 elevators, you have to press all buttons to call a elevator. It usually takes between 2 to 4 minutes for an elevator arrive and usually they are packed with people.
Also, i don't like the fact you have to pay for the shampoo, shower gel etc. Staff says it's Korean local law. It is what it is, i guess.

I stayed at the Howard Johnson near Incheon Airport for one night before my flight and I was very impressed by the staff and the quality of the room. The staff was courteous and professional, and they helped me with my check-in, luggage, and shuttle service. They also gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher and a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, a TV, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a shower, a bathtub, a hairdryer, and toiletries. The room also had a nice view of the city and the airport. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, with a free shuttle service that ran every 15 minutes. The hotel also had a restaurant, a bar, a gym, and a business center. The hotel was quiet and safe, and I had a peaceful and restful night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay near Incheon Airport. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Affordable service at a reasonable price. We offer services that are well-linked with airlines.
The breakfast buffet is mediocre, but it’s disappointing to have dinner The hotel is not ready for dinner.
Still, it‘s not a big problem because there are good room conditions and many restaurants on the first floor.

I want to report the extremely rude and disrespectful behavior of Howard Johnson hotel staff. I checked in early, seeing them allow other airlines to pick up breakfast. So I told them “We also want breakfast because our shuttle leaves at 4:20 tomorrow." But they replied "You can eat today; the breakfast counter will open in 1h30 minutes Then I expressed my frustration, saying "Do you know we just had an overnight flight and now we're sitting here and waitting in 1h30minutes for breakfast?”
Their attitude was even worse than the most disrespectful other hotel’ staff so i told them I would report this, and they said “It's up to you." Unbelievable. The pool hasn't been open all year due to “pandemic” reason, and now they said it’s in breakdown.
And some times I took the breakfast, I expected to finish by 9.30 like other hotels, but no, they didn’t even allow me to finish. When they cleared the counter, they threw utensils and dishes, almost hitting me in the face.
. I don't understand why the service industry has such an attitude. I have visited a lot of hotel but this is the most intriguing hotel i have ever seen about services and attitude of staff.

The staff's attitude is extremely bad, not suitable for the service profession. I borrowed the iron from morning and waited until evening but still didn't see it. Called back to ask, the staff's tone was very calm and did not apologize to the customer for forgetting, the staff Cleaning up the breakfast area putting away cutlery is too noisy. If a 4-star hotel trains such staff like this , the management must reconsider.
