Rooms spacious with amazing views. Pool is large and nicely heated. Evening reception was poor when compared to other Embassy Suites. 3 bowels of pretzel mix and Flat soft drinks with absolutely 0 carbonation. Breakfast was fine overall, lot of variety. Made to order omelettes could have been better, the cheese was not even melted.
Overall an avg stay with a lot of room for improvement. As a whole this Embassy suites looks to be nickel and dimming its guest. Excessive parking costs, poor evening reception, along with a bunch of random taxes and fees paid on parking, booking and even when upgrading your room.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Embassy Hotel Niagara Falls
My recent stay at the Embassy Hotel in Niagara Falls was nothing short of extremely disappointing. Despite the hype surrounding this establishment, the experience fell far below expectations.
Firstly, at a rate of $325 inclusive of tax for a night's stay with outdoor parking, one would expect exceptional service and amenities. However, the reception from the concierge staff was cold and unwelcoming. Despite requesting a room with a nice view of the falls, the view we received was subpar, mainly overlooking the casino giant wheel with only a partial view of the falls.
The suite itself, although advertised as luxurious, lacked basic amenities commonly found in other hotels of similar caliber. There were no bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, iron, or grooming kit provided. Even a basic water bottle was absent from the room. When we requested a bathrobe, we were asked to pay a deposit, which was unacceptable considering the high price paid for the accommodation.
Furthermore, the promised breakfast option turned out to be disappointing. After a 15-minute wait for the elevator, we were greeted with a lackluster breakfast platter consisting of scrambled eggs, pork sausage (neglecting dietary restrictions of non-pork eaters), packaged items, and yogurt. The quality and variety of the food were far from satisfactory, especially given the long wait and the premium price paid for the stay.
Additionally, the parking fees were exorbitant, with outdoor parking charged at $35 and indoor parking at a staggering $70, making a full day's parking cost a whopping $100.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a stay at the Embassy Hotel Niagara Falls. There are far better options available, such as the Marriott Fallsview or nearby Casino Fallsview resort, offering superior experiences at similar or even lower prices. Save yourself the disappointment and explore alternative accommodations in the area.

The 2 stars in service are for Luca at front desk
Stayed here last night, had a very helpful front desk man Luca who helped us have an efficient check in and made sure our stay was pleasant. He was very nice.
Our room was absolutely perfect and we had an incredible view. Very happy with the suite.
Parking: Expect to pay over $35, our total was $43.75 for offsite
for one night. We had a good stay until check out. We waited 25 minutes for the housekeepers to check if there was breakage in the room (regarding the mandatory $200 deposit)
We were seen by Thomas at first who didn't have a friendly demeanour. When we went back to the front desk after waiting Thomas said the girl next to us was going to see us instead and she shook her head no, side-eyed Thomas and gave us a dirty look. Mind you she had already been staring at my friend and I. Lilly clearly didn't want anything to do with us and she was very unprofessional.

The view was spectacular, the room was extremely well appointed. From the moment I entered the underground parking and met the staff there.. I was SO impressed! Cathy was so kind to her staff.. and to me.. and that was the beginning! From check-in, to the elevator aides to the gentleman who looked after my bags on checkout ..the crew that helped make this visit what it was ….were nothing short of fantastic!! Thank you!

Wow. From check in to shuttle to drink services all great! Parking off site seemed daunting at first but the shuttle was always there to pick us up! Not sure how they do it! Room 3416 with a beautiful view of the Canadian Falls was awesome! Breakfast was absolutely amazing…got there early and watched the sun rise while enjoying a made to order omelette! Thank you for a great time for me and my family! We will be back!
