I was a delegate for a conference and this hotel was chosen by our Fellowship facilitators for us to reside at. The people were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and the towels were clean, which is a big MUST for me (even though I travel with my own face cloths). I'm sure it's an old hotel and you could tell that, but it appears they try to keep it up. The restaurants are okay: the food was prepared well, but they need more choices for vegans. Be prepared to pay hotel restaurant prices and they also have room service til about 11pm. Yes, it connects to a mall and I got a meal there but I didn't really look around much. I rated 4 because they did better than most (and Hilton usually does) in handling the large number we bring to a city. If I was on a pleasure trip to New Orleans I would definitely stay here again. Clean and quiet is a must; even with it sounding like our neighbor had a pet or loud child, I enjoyed the stay❣️✈️

This is a beautiful hotel, very well staffed, professional staff, gorgeous room, plenty of space, easy access, great food. I only wish the health/club gym was accessible 24/day. I wanted to work out before planned activities and resorted to running outside in the early morning. I would have been more comfortable in a gym. Perfect location, great food in the restaurant and the room was amazing. The a/c was very strong, but being on the ground floor it wasn't needed (June). The bathroom was spacious, the beds enormous (!) and we even had HBO on the TV ☺️ The only downside was the spacious area under the door, allowing a lot of light to leak through (but a towel solved that), the people on the corridor not knowing how to keep their volume down (every night) or not slamming with doors at 5AM. ( A towel couldn't solve this ?)

I recently stayed for an on-site business conference. Rooms are clean and well maintained along with some great views (even without upgrading.) The front desk was friendly and helpful. On-site dining options are great and the location is within a reasonable walking distance to the nearby shops and riverfront. Not to forget: Housekeeping was amazing and attentive. Enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back.

Me and the fam were headed to the Carnival Valor and decided to stay here for the night. Good decision. The rooms were great the staff was great and they have an amazing bar/restaurant/lounge area and a freaking Mall included.
