Busy work week and so needed a comfortable hotel to recuperate. Excellent view of the lake which was calming after a day of meetings. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service was also great, staff were always friendly and helpful. They would try to anticipate your needs without even asking. Found it safe haven after a busy day. Definitely recommend for busy executives. Bit far to downtown if you wanted an active night life.

There are some places where power is are not available. There is no TV or Netflix, so need bring iPad. Since there is no C cable available, you will need to prepare one. From Sara the reception manager, to the hotel staff, restaurant staff, spa staff, all staff love children. I had a safe and fun trip. Beautiful location. I still want to use there again. High Recommended.

Hi guys. We booked hotel for conference thinking that it will be comfortable..but very disgusting coordination for delegates. Travelling since last night, reached 9am here and receptionist cud not coordinate for our check in for half an hour. Handover room at 3pm is criminal for tired client. Water was even not served...forget welcome drink.Worst chairs to sit. Food served in heat outside. Tea not served till late. 5 Star hotel serving vadapao at entry of cardio conference. All arrangements were disgusting. We should not have booked here. They are worse than 2 star hotel.

I am staying here for 4 nights, The hotel had an excellent view of Powai lake, I have added the picture of view from my room. Location wise it's a bit of an odd place for reaching out. Rooms are excellent and well maintained, a lot of construction is ongoing in the premises. The staff are very nice and always helpful to assist. I had buffet food from here, Lot of options were available in the dinner. Breakfast is also provided with a lot of North Indian, South Indian and western options, fresh juices are also available. Live counter also provides a lot of food options. This hotel is a very good option if you want to stay away from Mumbai Suburban expensive hotels.

Amazing views.. we stayed in room no. 3420. It had amazing panoramic lake view. The hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was a huge spread. Kids enjoyed playing in the garden. Overall had the best time of our lives.
