Excellent location and great staff. Always makes me feel welcome when I am here, and they remember us from previous stays. The staff are very well trained and strive to make the stay very good and memorable. Food at Botticino is always amazing and the wait service there is some of the best I've ever had. Great Service!! Great Check in staff! Great drivers!! Great Breakfast!! BUT!!!!!! For a hotel like Trident - the response of the oven not working when I tried ordering a pizza was an absolute shocker. I ended up sleeping empty stomach cos of the callous attitude from the guy who responded the in room dining call. How on earth can the oven not be working in a so called 5 star hotel!!!!!!
