Room was big, with distance seaview, and comfortable, welcome dessert and drinks were provided in the room on arrival. However, we found that the electric kettle wasn't clean, the previous guest had used it to "cook" seaweed soup, I found the leftover seaweed in the kettle and needed to clean it myself. This hotel is not beachfront. I checked in on Saturday at 3 pm, the staffs were helpful but I still needed to wait for 40 mins. A lot of families kept coming on weekend til 5 - 6 pm. The elevators were super crowded. Obviously, breakfast lines were also crowded. This hotel has the big water park included in the highlighted facilities. That's why you will find a lot of kids running around on weekends. If you have kids and want to have a big family trip with reasonable price, this hotel is a great deal. If you are a couple, just run away!

Recommendation of us. 1.Reception staff provided good service, good advice, good manners, and dressed neatly. 2.Morning restaurant staff provided good service, politeness, dress neatly, and good manners. 3.Bell Boy is a good service mind. 4.Cleaning staff (woman) is polite, courteous, and cute. 5.Drivers are polite, have good manners, drive well, and provide good service. ..................................................................................................................... Features of the room 1.The cleanliness of the room is quite good. 2.There are clothes hangers available. 3.There is a hair dryer. 4.There are bathroom amenities. 5.Water is available. Disadvantages of the room 1.The room may be a little cramped in both the bedroom area and the kitchen area. ***The overall is good.

Overall, we had a pleasant time during our stay for 3 nights and 4 days trip. On out last night, there were 2 buses of tourists which caused loud noise. We hope that next time the hotel could manage the floor for the big group of tourists. We had our little daughter so we were quite concern about noises at night. However, for breakfast, we did appreciate that hotel has arranged another a specific venue for the big group of tourist so it didn’t affect the breakfast restaurant. I wish the pancake machine worked a little faster. The staff was very tentative and helpful. In general, I like the vibe, the location and the facilities. I would definitely come back for our next visit.

We loved this hotel. Room and property were clean and well kept. Free parking. Self service laundry with little packets of detergent. Family friendly hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. Gym is nice with free weights. There's a sky lounge and it even had water and coffee for guests. The particular room we chose was small as we were only staying for 3 nights. We had rented a car so we were able to drive around and sight see. Personally I didn't feel comfortable walking to anything as the hotel in on a main busy road. We did utilize self service laundry. Overall we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a great time. We enjoyed the Wave a lot. BF was great quality. Staffs were friendly, helpful and loved to interact with kids. Small details to suggest for improvements - a bigger holder in the shower area/booth. We had to put our stuff on the floor - Our rooms compressers were loud (1615) - Elevators can take some time, especially when there's too many people, but there were several ones - so that wasn't bad.
