I recently spent two nights at Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t quite what I had hoped for. The room we stayed in was outdated and did not justify the price tag. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority as the room felt neglected and unclean right from the moment we walked in. As parents traveling with a toddler and a baby, I was particularly appalled by the state of the room. My naturally curious toddler wanted to explore and touch everything, leaving me feeling anxious throughout our stay. The presence of a noticeable stain on the closet bench, sticky floors, spider webs in the corners and on the ceilings, cracks in the walls, and mold in the bathrooms only added to our discomfort. Even our friends, who stayed in a higher room category during the same period, shared our disappointment with their accommodation. This led us to believe that the condition was consistent throughout the hotel, which discouraged us from requesting a room change. We have stayed at several other 5-star hotels in Pattaya within the same price range, and the rooms were noticeably superior and impeccably clean. It was disappointing to find such a stark contrast in the condition of our accommodation at Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya. Thankfully, our stay was short-lived. Despite the disappointing room conditions, I must acknowledge that the resort offers a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere with convenient beach access. However, the fact that many of the sliders at the swimming pool also require maintenance further detracted from our overall impression of the resort's upkeep and attention to detail. In conclusion, while Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya boasts a pleasant ambiance, the lack of proper room maintenance and cleanliness detracts significantly from the overall experience. Considering the exorbitant price charged for our stay, I expected a much higher standard of quality. I urge the management to prioritize deep cleaning and maintenance to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

I booked 4 rooms to stay with my family for 2 nights and we never wanted to leave! The hotel has everything! We were extremely impressed with the rooms and the views. The rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. The swimming pool was a hit for us, it accommodates for both adults and children. The splash water were great for young children with plenty of shallow areas. Lots of slides to choose from and jumping off the rock was also a hit. The hotel also offers kids club and other play area but we did not get a chance to use them. Breakfast were great, we got there around 7am and it wasn’t busy. We really enjoyed the variety of choices they offered. There were minor issues with my travel money card that I used at check in. Thankfully, the Front office Manager, Tim was able to resolve the issue I had with the Bank from Australia. I would highly recommend this hotel especially to family with young children. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in Pattaya!

We had a great time in the Centara Grand Mirage, spacious welcome front door and the staffs were nice n polite, they gave prompt responses n great services. We were fully enjoyed in big n multiple swimming pool sites, kids love the swimming sites so much. Rooms were clean n beds were comfy. We will surely come back again.

We had a great trip and the best part was the party on the last night. The staff did an amazing job at the function. One lady in particular, Nutzy was fantastic. After some encouragement she even helped get the crowd evolved by dancing and getting the party started.

Don’t often give all 5 stars and maybe it’s 4.5 as there were minor issues but overall great room, outstanding views, friendly service. Most comfy bedding ever. Super breakfast & great lagoon style pool. Minor negatives plumbing issue, few beds at beach but understand why & can get a bit noisy with kids so not one for adults only
