It’s an unplanned trip, so we walked in and come by positive surprises! Staffs were very warm welcomed, all offered an assistance right away. In particular, at the check-in counter, Mr. Boom, was of highly service-minded driven, he looked for best choices and given us great recommendation. Eventually even weekday but happy to at least left suite room type for us and after all, this has been so far amazing 1st time experience with this hotel! Recommended especially those who have kids, they would definitely love it!!

I have been here 4 days ago. And it was our family's third visit. The past 2 times me and my daughter loved it. Until I applied to become a member here the first time I went. Even some employees may not smile. But I didn't care. But this time the receptionist's name was KAE. There were some bad facial expressions towards me. Even though it was only for a fraction of a second, I saw it. She pursed her lips at me. I saw her actions but I still talked to her normally. You should improve your manners here before taking on this duty. And I would like to praise all the restaurant staff for their excellent service. Thank you very much.

It was really clean because it was a newly built hotel. The room size is small for a family of four, but it's cute and mysterious and full of cosmic atmosphere. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly. You can buy snacks such as drinks and ice cream with the token they give when you check in, and you can experience golf for kids. The water park has everything for my family and I liked the scale. The children liked it because the speed of the water pool was fast, the waves were stronger than expected, and the slide speed was too fast. I visited in early January, and it was very cold in the shade.

Very nice hotel with modern and clean rooms, very good breakfast with a wide choice of foods. The water park for the exclusive use of guests is very beautiful. Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars for three reasons: the first is that it is impossible for a hotel designed mainly for families with children not to have triple rooms (I booked for 2 adults and 1 6 year old child), and the only alternative is to pay for an additional sofa bed. The second reason is that when booking I was informed that the additional sofa bed cost 990 thb per night, but when I arrived at the hotel the price increased to 1190 thb per night (I don't think this is correct). The third is that in the booking it is write that children can only access the sky pool if accompanied by their parents, in reality children cannot access it for any reason even if accompanied. It's really a shame that for these reasons my stay wasn't perfect, the next time I go to Pattaya I will consider other hotels.

Loved this hotel! Very clean and well run. The rooms were amazing and the service was great. We stayed in a space suite. The best part were the views from the bathroom out of the whirlpool tub. Great place for a family with kids!
