I absolutely loved our experience at this resort. We only stayed one night and were thoughtfully upgraded to a loft suite. We absolutely loved the new renovations the resort had undertaken. I don't know why but I was enchanted by all the small details in this space, such as gorgeous little hooks for coats, and even the little knobs in the kitchenette. The loft condo was completely equipped with extra blankets, and space heaters. Not that we needed to use them - we were warm the whole time. Also, they have real fireplaces and you can buy wood from the front desk! Cozy! While the location is not walking distance to downtown, and there is no public transit out this way, its such a short and easy drive! Not to mention they do offer a shuttle service a few times a day to downtown - though do note it is not consistently throughout the day. Parking at the hotel was a breeze - no hassle. We ate at the main dining/ pub in the main building/lobby, and enjoyed a really decent pizza! The cost of lodging was AWESOME considering we were in the mountains where the prices are often super inflated. I thought we had excellent value for what we got! I know we were upgraded but the pictures of the Jr. Suite that we paid for looked very similar decor wise. I would 100% recommend to stay here and plan to return myself!

It's a nice lodging. Sitting in an outdoor hot tub while it's snowing is pretty cool! In my opinion it's worth the price. You basically get a 1 bedroom apartment and all the basics you need kitchen wise. There's also a fireplace in the living room to have a fire if you choose to purchase firewood. We have the 1 bedroom condo and it is perfect for my husband and I. There is a small restaurant on site as well as an indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor hot tub.

I took my daughter to stay in Banff for a couple nights. She loved the pool and indoor hot tub. We never ventured to the outdoor area but it appeared to be enjoyed by the other guests.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms were great as well. I loved that we were away from the main area, as it mad the experience much more enjoyable. I've stayed in banff in various hotels, and would come back to the RMR for sure.
Check in was smooth, and check out was smooth as well.
Thanks for the wonderful time.

Very economical stay in a 2 bedroom condo. I stayed here last in 2006, and I don't think the room we had stayed in had been refreshed since then.
We were disappointed that the pet fee didn't include a pet bed or dog bags as indicated on the website. We had mentioned this to front desk and nothing materialized.
The rooms were in disrepair, which, given the price, fine. However, they were also quite dirty, especially the tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom.
Parking lots were unlit which was a bit exciting with the staff whipping around at top speed on unlit golf carts at night.
The experience was a bit of a surprise since during my previous stay here, and also at stays at their sister property things have been lovely.
We mentioned this to the front desk staff and were offered an apology.
Walls were also incredibly thin and our neighborhood were having a party. Not really the resorts fault there.
We will definitely pony up the extra cost to stay at an alternative property during our next banff outing.

My best friend and I have stayed here the last two years while visiting Banff. The rooms are affordable and basic, but super cozy and warm.
Since it’s just outside of town, it tends to be quiet, which means getting the hot tub to yourself and being able to enjoy the amenities.
The rooms we’ve stayed in both times have been recently renovated. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is spacious.
Having Rocky Mountain Soap products in the bathroom as well as the showers near the pool is a nice touch and really helps to celebrate local business!
The only downside is the lack of channels on the TV in the room. If they had Netflix, I’d bump this up to five stars!
