We stayed two nights in Ramada Plaza.Hotel is realy nice. Personal very friendly, polite and  very well mannered. Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfy. Water pressure in bathroom hasn't been consistent. The sink faucete adapter couldn't properly connect to shower rosette. Breakfast and dinner area is not crowded as per our liking. Before we have started our breakfast,  we did ordered coffee but it wasn't deliveredon on time. We did get them at end of our breakfast. And coffee wasnt good. Ordered dosa never has been made for us. Ramada did advertise on their web site that hotel is going under renovation.  And indeed, there were noises coming from that, but unfortunately the very loud wedding party going was going on too. We could hear it on 5th floor. No much sleep on the second night. The lift wasn't working on first night, so we did have to climb stairs to the 5th floor. Regardless, we did have lovely stay.

Rooms are descent for a 2-3 days trip. But the washrooms are really small. Location is away from the ghats, it takes around 20mins to reach the ghats. Restaurant serves you tasty food.

The hotel has excellent location . The staffs at the reception desks were friendly, service minded and helpful. This made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I would like to thank Miss Shagun at reception for her professionalism in dealing with customers.

Experience was good. While one goes prepared on what's to be done in Varanasi a one pager giving finer details of Varanasi would help. Overall a nice stay and if I go again I probably will stay at this place yet again

Given the busy nature of this place, the hotel is a safe bet in comparison to those around it. It is secluded, quiet and away from the main road. Ramada plaza is one of the best hotels in Varanasi. The best part of the hotel is it's location, There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel. The hotel is about 50 meters inside the main road, away from the dust and noise. The rooms are spacious with a good view of the garden, clean and comfortable. Food was good and service was good too. Good reception area with a pleasant aroma and very good breakfast spread. The Ramada Hotel offers a delightful stay that's filled with comfort and warmth. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with friendly smiles and impeccable service. The overall ambiance was welcoming and inviting, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. To elevate the experience further, I would suggest the hotel management consider improving the quality of room fittings. Investing in modern fixtures and fittings would not only enhance the overall aesthetic appeal but also elevate the level of comfort and convenience for guests. Overall, my stay at the Ramada Hotel was enjoyable, and with a slight improvement in the room fittings, it would undoubtedly be a memorable experience for all guests. I look forward to visiting again, and I'm certain that these thoughtful upgrades would make it an even better stay for everyone who chooses to call the Ramada their home away from home.
