Stayed here for a conference. Location at union Square was nice. Some shops still here. The lobby with the bar was nice. Service was good in the bar area was good. Checking in was terrible. They only had one guy for Checking in and Checking out. Line took a while. tower 3 felt run down. Elevator was dirty. Halls looked dirty. Room was small but clean. The conference areas were a lot more updated and nice. The bathrooms throughout the hotel was clean. I did park across the street and not the hotel parking.

Room and service was excellent: clean and updated-service friendly and thorough. Pool is heated but outside in a spacious court yard. Plenty of lounge areas to work or simply have an happy hour. Food of the hotel is good.

Great location walking distance from Union square, Chinatown and Little Italy and close to many shops and restaurants with reasonable price. Hotel is a little dated but kept in great condition with beautiful views in tower one from a nice little balcony with table and chairs. Self parking at the hotel is $75, but the parking across the street (same distance as the hotel’s parking) was much cheaper at $38 for 24 hrs. The cafe food was so so and they also have a huge bank of vending machines on the first floor. Gym was also pretty nice with a good variety of equipment. would definitely stay there again.

My second time staying here. Everyone, from the front desk to the cafe; cleaning crew and front door staff, were amazing and responsive. Always helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate. Beautiful and clean room overlooking the city and the bay. Not sure why there were no USB inputs for charging devices but not a big deal for me. I’ll be back.

The hotel is in a perfect location for events. Every December we like to come to the Union Square ice skating rink. There’s a lot food options around and super close to Union Square. The hotel is really pretty once you enter, We chose the standard room king size bed. Our room was really nice with a view of the city. We were in tower 1, which I read is their updated rooms. From the other reviews I was expecting it to be small, but it wasn’t as small as some make it out. It was perfect for our one night stay. Staff were friendly and informative. They let me know about the $25 credit to use for the hotel. And made me aware of the deposit I needed to put down and a resort fee. They also use contact free options to make check out faster through text messages and any other questions you may have throughout your stay. Be aware of parking fee $65-$75/night. We traveled via bart. And we were intimidated by the parking fee, but next time we plan to bring our car next time to venture more in SF.
