Recently visited this gem for dinner and was immediately taken by its sweet, nostalgic ambiance that transports you to another time. The food was nothing short of excellent, with every dish bursting with flavor. A standout for me was the crab curry and noodle – a signature dish that alone is worth the visit. The value for money here is exceptional, making every bite feel like a treasure. It’s worth noting that they only accept cash, so come prepared. Given its popularity, expect a waiting time during peak dining hours, but I assure you, the experience is well worth the wait. It’s clear to see why this place has earned its well-deserved Michelin award. Highly recommend!

Mango sticky rice: very standard good mango sticky rice, combination of mango, coconut cream, and sticky rice is great Steamed fish with soy sauce and green onion * favorite steamed fish out of the entire trip. Sauce is slightly acidic but soy sauce balances it out * Fish is very tender and the sauce just seeps into the meat Fresh crab meat with yellow curry and coconut milk: The yellow curry is slightly spicy and sour, adding in coconut milk creates an extra layer of sweet aromatic taste. There’s bits of crab meat. Tiger prawn with pineapple Tom yum soup: Tom yum soup is less creamy than the other ones I had this trip. Personally like this restaurant’s Tom yum best because I feel refreshed after drinking it. Spicy papaya salad: Very spicy and delicious

This restaurant is very beautiful and has that Nyonya vibes to it. We had to wait for seats as it was full at that time, so we could look around at their deco and admire the work that went into bringing this place to life! Our food came quite fast and all the dishes were really good! The price is a bit on the pricey side, but if you are looking for an air conditioned place to eat at and want to relax for a bit longer, then this would be a good option! Enjoy! :)

The braised pork is amazing. The pork belly is tender and the sauce is flavorful and full of pepper corn. The crab curry is also good. The fried veg with crispy baby shrimps was alright. The attentive service and nostalgia interior make it a wonderful experience. BTW, the acceptable payment is cash.

I’ve spent 45 days in Thailand so far and this was my favorite restaurant so far. When I thought I couldn’t be impressed anymore, this restaurant was the absolute highlight in Phuket. I do 100% recommend the first two signature dishes! Both were awesome, but the crab soup takes the golden medal. Super service, chill & classy atmosphere, I’ll be eating here again :D
