Not bad
Definitely does NOT deserve to be called a 5-star hotel. If you look at the rooms which is what you pay for, it really is a 2-star hotel dressed up as 5-star hotel from the outside. We stayed here for 4 nights in early March and while the outside facilities are clean and well kept, our room was AWFUL. The bathroom was disgusting, the floors looked dirty and there were fruit flies all around. We requested a change of room and when I went to see 1 other option of room that was offered, that room was just as bad which goes to show they can have a sparkling clean bathroom in the lobby (they did) but not in the rooms that you actually pay for to stay in. The only good things were the delicious breakfast and the staff’s hospitality. We later went to stay at Hyatt for 5 nights and that was so so much better. I’d definitely recommend skipping this hotel and staying elsewhere.

Great!
This is a beautiful hotel, excellent amenities, magnificent decoration and art pieces throughout the building. The food is good and the buffet style allows the tourist to sample various dishes to learn to appreciate Indian cuisine. They do have another restaurant a la carte if so desired. In terms of in-room service, it lacks attention. We had to keep asking for more bathroom supplies which were either lacking or insufficient every day.

Great!
The hotel is well located near the airport, just little far from the old city or sight seeing places. The service was good, food was good. Breakfast buffet was good, but the hotel was full so there was too much rush. They have 2 restaurants so it was well managed. The rooms are good size but feel little outdated. They need a bit of upgradation. Overall the hotel was good for the price we got.

Not bad
Very disappointing place. We moved room ones after the first night as the room was not satisfactory. The alternative wasn't much better as we ended up in a smokers room. Ashes on the floor left by a previous guest showed the lack of cleaning when this was still there on the third day. Reception staff was not friendly and hung up on me ones as well. Waiting staff in the restaurant was fine, though. I wouldn't recommend this place. Definitely doesn't deserve the five-star rating it claims as a hotel. The rooms and bathrooms, in particular, require a large overhaul to get up to that standard again.

Great!
The room and bathroom were spacious. Very close to the airport at ten minutes. But far away from the city center, around an hour or so away, if you want to visit that side with blockages due to construction going on. Service is decent. Breakfast spread is okay. Would recommend for a short stay if you are coming for a business trip. For touring the city, better to stay near the city center.
