BE WARY OF HIDDEN CHARGES. We had a great stay, great service that I booked again for the following month.. until I found out about the bill. They charge an additional $25 “destination fee” and they were not upfront about it being PER NIGHT. I confirmed this with my husband and he also said they did not tell us anything. It was also shady that the checkout said I will receive an invoice in my email but I never did until I called them back 2 days after our stay. Normally in hotels we stayed they would send it to your email in front of you, but checkout was dismissive. Now I realize why. Just cancelled our next booking. Disappointed about the charges because they had excellent service, and excellent staff. We know some places have fees, but we would have appreciated it and it would not be an issue for us if they were upfront and clear about it rather than being dodgy.

Stayed here with my family for a conference. Really great location, walkable to a lot for catch some transportation. Fitness area was great, no pool, sauna or hot tub was a negative but understandable. Super great service across the board! Concierge was super helpful, front desk and housekeeping was reliable. Even the market employees were speedy and knowledgeable.

Checking in early at a hotel can be such a pain but when I called the day before and asked for early check in, I was surprised that the response was “what time do you need it available?” And that sums up my stay at this location. Checking in, the front desk was super attentive and very helpful in answering any questions I had about where to get food and what things I should do around the city. The room was extremely clean and room service was prompt. Probably the nicest hotel gym I’ve ever been in as well. Cannot recommend booking here for all your stays, as I know I will be when I return to Seattle.

This was an excellent hotel located in an excellent part of downtown. Plenty of stuff to do and plenty of places to eat within the hotel. The rooms are fairly spacious with large comfortable beds. Ask for real pillows because those fake down ones are terrible. The service is wonderful and the concierge was great. We really enjoyed dining at Daniel's Broiler. If you ask for a high floor the views are amazing. Also the gym is very well appointed with weight, rowing, elliptical, treadmills and yoga studio. Parking is underground and they do have street parking if you prefer. The pic attached is from one room window.

While the beds are on the firmer side, they still provide a good night's sleep. Highly Recommend for Business and Leisure: Whether you're attending a convention or just in town for leisure, the Hyatt Regency is a fantastic choice. The combination of excellent facilities, outstanding service, and comfortable accommodations make it a standout hotel.
