It’s a Nice hotel with the 90s decor. It’s more like 4 stars and would never give it 5. The breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is welcoming and the friendly. The omelette chef is an excellent and a humble cook. The swimming is wonderful but crowded on the afternoon.

A beautiful, albeit a bit outdated, building. The room was very clean, though there were a couple of small issues where items were in need of repair. My only real complaint is that the bed and pillows were too firm. Staf were very respectful and polite, though there were some minor communication issues at times.

This is one of those over the top Asian hotels that makes you say WOW! Nice staff, limited restaurant menu but quality food, excellent breakfast, spacious and comfy rooms, proximity to many restaurants and a quick taxi drive to the Old Town. It's pricier than other options in town but the value justifies what they charge.

This hotel is not for u if u want to be near to the night bazaars in Chiang Mai. But for those seeking a calm and serene environment, this place is great! For those staying here, the hotel and the premier wing is two separate buildings and they both have their own check in areas. Make sure your taxi or airport limo drops you at the correct location, if not u will have to be dragging ur luggage behind you.

This is a slightly older hotel. Lighting is a little too subdued in the room and in the corridor. Breakfast service was excellent and also at check in. Overall a great place to stay.
