Please invest in maps and proper directions. Just as an example, if there are 80 lobbies, you cannot name the 80 lobbies as "lobby". The parking is also a giant labyrinth. Why do gests have to travel miles from the residences to get to the indoor pool and with very poor guidance? And finally, if a place closes at 9.30PM I understand not receiving orders a little earlier but I don't agree with this happening when you get there at 8.05PM

Fabulous location, rooms and amenities. A dream resort that provided us with a unique experience to remember in our lifetime. Thank you for all those who made this possible and memorable.

Very satisfied with the quality/confort of the room we had. The facilities are also great. Only problem was they forgot to make the room 2 times out of 4 nights even if we pushed the MAKE THE ROOM button ! That's surprising considering you are in an HILTON resort.

Gorgeous.. I found beauty from every details in the room. This report's designed for artistic people who finds beauty from their daily life. I truly enjoyed the ocean view, it's quite disappointing to not be able to use the outdoor private pool since it's winter, but other than that everything else is beauty. Restaurants in the resorts are expensive but have an amazing qualities. I truly recommend to stay here at least one time to spend your time with your family.

Nice place that is somewhat secluded with a real neat walking path next to the water. We only utilized the coffee shop, but it was a very relaxing experience. We plan to stay in the resort next time.
