Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We booked over the phonea room for two adults + a kid + a dog. After we checked in,and we were heading to our room, two hotels employees started yelling at us and running towards us, they said we can't have the dog when they allow pets and we confirm this during the booking call. Also the pet policy is posted at the front desk. One of them was saying dogs no and that we didn't pay when we clearly did. After some discussions, they took us to a room in an empty building. No towels, no kitchen utensils for the kitchenette, no glasses and the fridge didn't open. When we complaint they gave us hand towels (not shower towels) and some paper cups, that's all. When my friend went to complain about the fridge, the employee treated her with disrespected and smashed her hand with the elevator door on purpose and he laughed. Finally, no coffee with the breakfast. Never in my life I've received such a horrible treatment.

It's in a lovely location. The pool blasts EDM music that is really horrible to listen to. Wish it didn't as that ruined the relaxing feeling i wanted. View is stunning. Minimum supplies in the room compared to other Korean hotels. I'll go back since the area is amazing. But it is overpriced

Dirty rooms, not kids friendly!!

The staff are very kind. It is convenient because the distance is close to Seoul.

Facility was good and all staff service was so nice. Their food was delicious. They also had hot spring. I couldn't help being satisfied everything.
