KIMBIN Vietnamese Rice Noodles is located on the 2nd floor of the central shopping district in Jeongwang-dong. It was easy to find because it was across from E-Mart, and it was small, clean, and clean with an orange interior. A Vietnamese woman serves kindly, and a man cooks in the kitchen. The menu is also very simple. The noodles are pho.bun bo hue.bun rieu cua.bun cha gio, Vietnamese fried dumplings cha gio, and com chien. Yes. It is a dish from the southern region of Vietnam, but the cooking and serving are done by the northerners. What's really nice is that when you order bun rieu cua, they ask you whether you want to eat it Vietnamese or Korean. Of course, I ordered and ate cua and mam tom in Vietnamese style, but I am glad to have found a place that is closest to the local taste among the Vietnamese foods I eat in Korea. A really basic pho restaurant. The soup is clear and seasoned just right. It's neat. There is a lot of meat in the rice noodles. I visited this place by chance and had a good meal.
