Absolutely beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Comfortable rooms. Exquisite decor. The club lounge is fantastic. The breakfast is bar none one of the most elegantly arranged and delicious buffets you will ever have. Outstanding location looking out over Central Park. You will not regret staying at this hotel and I look forward to returning here. This hotel is a must stay. Modern interpretation of classic motifs.

Stayed a night on a flight layover with family and this was a great place to stay. Chloe at the front desk went above and beyond: she recommended a delicious barbeque restaurant in walking distance with printed directions, upgraded our room to a suite with a great view, and booked a friendly taxi back to the airport for the next day. While the rooms are of an older style this isn't really a point against it as the rooms themselves are still very clean and classy. Overall, a great hotel in a great area!

I stayed one night before my flight. I found Sheraton near ICN airport. One of the best experiences staying in Sheraton. The quality of service is awesome. The 22nd floor club lounge was very good. Special thanks to Kate (Guest Relations Manager) who made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. Room quality, views, food, and service were top-notch.

I stayed at this hotel before going to the airport. It's close, 30 minutes from the airport, and there's a shopping mall nearby. It is convenient as there are many delicious restaurants. The hotel has a good view of the park. The staff at this hotel are all friendly

The hotel is a little older but the facility was very well maintained. The staff was not only very friendly, but very professional at the same time. The breakfast buffet was above average quality.
