Opening hours

Exploding bathtub and shaky service really damaged an otherwise pleasant stay. The hotel comes across as sleek and modern. The premium corner rooms have long bathrooms, highlighted by a standalone tub framed with floor-to-ceiling windows... which was exquisite up to when we were startled by a deafening crack! We checked the tub and saw water pouring out. We immediately called the front desk. It took a couple of calls to the front desk for a pair of workers to come up. A nice lady shuffled us across the hall to stay in another room, but after that there was no follow up. What happened? We checked out not knowing. I was prepping the bath for my son. What if he were in the tub when it burst? Was there any concern? Perhaps it is too much to ask for the hotel to ask if a guest and family is ok after an incident, or to search extensively for a special toy that was lost, or to get your name/gender right on the welcome message (I am not "Ms. Kim"). I don't consider this kind of detail-oriented service a necessity. However, these little lapses are noticeable, and it's disappointing.

The hotel is very new and everything was nice, just 1 thing that was a little issue - the drainage at shower is not good. I came out from the shower with the shower area flooded. The water flowing through drainage seems to be stuck. Other than that, food was great and service was great.

We originally intended to stay for only a few days then it turn into a week. We had such an amazing experience. The staff was so amazing, the rooms. The location a bit far but still ok. Breakfast every morning was amazing. But the biggest shut up for the guys at the concierge desk, specially Eilish, always greeting everyone with the biggest smile always willing to help, helping us with the language barrier as well. He made our experience at this place feel more like home. Thank you.

Came here from Monday till Thursday at 198k won a night including breakfast. The rooms are large and clean - modern design. Sound proofing could be better but overall good. The breakfast was awesome. Large variety which they change up so you get a different choice of foods. They could improve by adding a take away coffee. The gym is free and 24 hours, decent size with most items you need to have a good work out - techno gym equipment.. Pool is also free but you need to bring a cap or buy one if you want to swim. The sauna is 39k won and has 1 bath at 42 degrees and cold bath at 20 degrees. One dry and one mist sauna, both are not hot, nist at 45 degrees and dry at 78 degrees which is low and not great to have a Suana. The doors have a gap around them letting in cold air making the Suana not worth the money - I fact would say is a waste of money. This was the most disappointing part of the stay. Rest is really good. Location isn't the greatest, no where to just go out and explore the city. For the price, clearness and breakfast it's worth staying.

If you stay overnight your dreams will be surrounded by 2 highways. 8 lanes left and 6 lanes right. No matter which floor... you can't escape the noise of travel busses and old styled combustion engine cars. Because the hotel is right build up in between. Without special discounts the room (studio) will start at 430.000 won, studio with kitchen starts from 510.000 won. Lunch costs around 100.000 won. Yes... it's 5 star hotel. You need a manager salary here ?
