Opening hours

Second time staying here, and I can confidently say this will be go to place to stay in Suwon. Very clean rooms, helpful and attentive staff - combined with a great bar/lounge to relax. Shout-out to Irene, Julia, Lily and Christine at the frond-desk for making it easier throughout my stay. I wish they had more beer options at the bar. Also, note that you are in Suwon and not Seoul. However, the location is close to a really nice walking trails around the lake. Plenty of restaurants around - but the really good ones will require a ten minute walk.

They are excellent host, and my am accommodating all my requirements when I need to stay in my current room due to two different reservations. The dining was great, as well as the executive lounge.

Nice and clean room, located near the lakes and near by restaurants, shopping center. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs, good breakfast

The hotel had some of the best service I've ever experienced. The rooms and meal options were great, and staff was always available to help or make suggestions when needed. We were able to have taxis ordered to get to the office in the morning, and they gave us advice for traveling without their help.

It is a prime location. The rooms are very small. Breakfast options need to be improved.
