Beautiful location, top rooms, ultra clean and spacious…. Only that pool and sauna not included which was a bummer for the pricing. Breakfast is delicious and rich and the views to the lake are to die for. The stroll around the lake at sundown or night feels great, as it’s full of restaurants and bars and convenience stores. I even made friends with stray cats. Would very much recommend, though it’s to be taken in account the hotel is inside the lake resort which means a bit far from the city center which would require a cab ride to get to. Special mention to the bookstore and gift shop full of beautifully curated design and art books.

Very nice place, although the outdoor pool closed early at 7pm, odd for a 5 star hotel when its still hot outdoors. They actually had peanuts rather than just mixed nuts with drinks which was nice. In Korea swimming caps are mandatory :( Although a bad thing they turned off the room AC for the whole hotel at night and did not tell the guests! I was wondering why I was so hot and the room around 25C. I called them and they turned it back on luckily. Apparently they said a few guests complained the room was too cold, so they turned it off for everyone, crazy! A five star hotel should not do such a thing!

This hotel gives the appearance of a luxury hotel from the drive up and the lobby, but hallways of the upper floors are dark with low ceilings. Despite the pricing, the luxury appearance, and the fact that on Kakao map it is listed as a “5 star hotel”, between the hardwood floors throughout the rooms and a lack of sufficient insulation, you can hear every stomping step of the neighbors above. Despite there being 5 elevators for the guest room floors, you always have to wait forever for one to get to you, and expect to have to squeeze into a full elevator. Also, if you park in B2 level, you will have to take one of the guest room elevators to level 1, walk across the length of the building, and then take a second elevator. Not very convenient or well-designed.

It is located in a great position. It is close to the lake. Big spaces for multiple purposes. The food over here is delicious, I could say. The room is so clean. The bed is comfortable to sleep.

Beautiful resort in an amazing location. The walkway by the lake was covered in cherry blossoms when we went. The only issue I had was the food didn't taste very good so after the first night we wound up eating away from the hotel grounds.
