Stayed at the Delta for 1 night and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is some of the best I've ever experienced. From the initial check in to the lounge snacks to the check out, everybody was so friendly and kind and went out of their way to make myself and my daughter (8) feel special and appreciated. I need a call out to Marie-Josee, I believe is a guest supervisor, who made us feel so welcome and important in every aspect of our stay. The room was great, the pool is awesome, lounge is great, location is perfect for downtown, staff is amazing. Won't stay anywhere else. Thank you

For the price we paid, the hotel was extremely disappointing. When we moved the couch a little, we found a one-month old rotten pizza, which our dog tried to eat, which was not nice. Also, our duvet had a brown smudge on them, which I am pretty sure was coming from previous guest’s bowels. Hotel does not have a “tap” for payments and immensely failed to meet the cleanliness standards. One thing about it tho, the restaurant was extremely good. Our waiter was incredibly good (his name was starting with S, I don’t remember the full name), and it was the BEST food we’ve ever eaten in our entire lives. The hotel should be cheaper by the room/cleanliness/service standards, and I would give 1 stars if it wasn’t for the restaurant.

Very conveniently located, very friendly staff. However give yourself LOTS of time to get anywhere due to the elevators, without fail we would have to wait anywhere from 5-20 minutes for an elevator, which is surprising considering how quick they move. It often sounded like they would pass our floor while we were waiting. You also have to use your key card for the elevator, which is a nice security feature however we weren't informed that we needed to use it so just know that before going in. Overall the rooms are standard nice, having a balcony and a little pet door was cute and fun, and pet friendly is always a plus.

Really nice hotel! Room even has a balcony :) also great location super close to downtown Montreal. Couple of the outlets in my room didn’t work though so at first I thought my hair dryer wasn’t working and had to request another. It didn’t work on time so I had to leave with slightly wet hair which wasn’t ideal as I was sick with a cold =\

Had a good stay at the Delta in Montreal. Rooms were clean and hotel was nice, a little out dated in my opinion, but I prefer more modern staff were amazing. I Had the large balcony room and felt like the room was empty as there’s not much furniture and that space could be utilized some how. Elevators are very out dated and slow. Milton’s restaurant was amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful. Club lounge could be a lot better once again the lounge was huge but felt empty due to excess space not being utilized. We were also told we would get apps in the lounge between 530-730, but turns out they don’t have apps on the weekend which would be the busiest time so I don’t see why it’s closed on the weekend? Overall rating of 3/5.
