We really had a wonderful time. Service is outstanding. Pool area and facilities are clean, inviting and delightful. Rooms are clean, it’s a boutique hotel so keep that in mind. There was a person to help us with our luggage as the lobby is up from the main entrance. We felt it was part of the charm! We appreciate the level of customer care and service. We highly recommend this hotel. Food was great and it’s in a great location. Can’t wait to visit again. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the staff is! Merci!

Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean and offer all you need for a stay. We would have been happier if we had one big bed instead of 2 smaller beds. We requested bathrobes for the pool area and received it later for free, thank you for the service! For the rest the room was equipped with a little table, chair, a safe, iron, iron board, coffee machine (coffee was very thin), fan, towels and shower gel. Cleaning lady was efficient and did a great job, thank you to the lady from Portugal. In general a nice hotel and offers a heated pool, hot bubble bath, a sauna and extra towels, a bar, snacks at reception. A lot of art is presented on the walls and quite interesting to watch. An improvement could be done in terms of the dusty floor carpets, dusty lamps. As well as the dirty laundry and vacuum cleaners, these should be removed at one point. The sauna could be way warmer. Outdoor pool was nice and we enjoyed. Towels for the pool were provided extra, which is great ??. The floor at the pool area was icy and I slipped and hurt myself badly. The included breakfast was good and you could choose between croissants, bread, egg and fruit, coffee etc. Note that “included” breakfast is served in a separated room and not in the same as the paid breakfast.

There are stairs that you must take to and from every room. Very difficult with a large suitcase, and impossible if you have any sort of disability. My room opened on to the pool area, but to my dismay, although I could see there were many access points to the pool area, these were padlocked shut, which meant I had to walk quite a distance through the hotel to actually access the pool, something that was less appealing to me in my bathing suit and frustrating when my room was literally right there. The lobby is on the 10th floor and all the floors with rooms are accessible using stairs... either half a flight up or half a flight down from that floor. However, there are only three elevators to take you up to 10 or down to ground... there was a busy conference and at key times, there were long lineups to take the elevator.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Our room was modern and looked clean. It has a good vibe and atmosphere. There are a few things that were disappointing to me- one is the pool- when we arrived, we couldn't use the pool. We weren't notified that the pool was not in service, and what attracted us to book the hotel was the pool. Luckily we stayed for a few night and they fixed it so we were able to use it the next day. BUT, the pool water was uncomfortably cold which was a bummer so we couldn't stay too long in there. They only have one hot tub which was always occupied. They definitely need more hot tubs, especially in the winter. That being said, if the pool was warmer, I would have given a perfect star rating because I really liked the hotel and it was close to everything.

I really enjoyed my time here at this hotel back in May 2023 for a corporate event. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The facilities were nice (especially the pool), the gym was a bit claustrophobic since it was on a floor without windows. The service and the food during the event was really nice and the staff super friendly. If you visit Montreal, this is a nice hotel to stay at since you are at the center of everything, the metro is close by and you have easy access to the main attractions. Would recommend for travelers and corporations looking to organize their next event here.
