We chose this hotel following the positive reviews we saw online. Ultimately we were disappointed. 1) The service: In the parking lot, people don't introduce themselves, don't say hello and hang up on you when you want to enter/exit the parking lot. The hostess at the reception asks you to insert your credit card without telling you what she is removing, you must ask what you are being asked to pay, especially regarding the 200 dollars security held for a few days on your credit card. 2) Room service: you order for $120 2 dishes and a drink served in cardboard boxes and bags with cardboard cutlery as if you had ordered Uber Eats. 3) Utilities are missing in the room such as slippers or bathrobes. Also, you have to pay for wifi in a 300$ night in a 4 star hotel… 4) On a positive note, when you call reception for missing utilities, the service is quick and efficient. The person who welcomes you to the swimming pool is polite and introduces herself as well as the safety rules. The bed in the room is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and equipped. Considering the 4 star hotels that we have visited during our travels, this one represents more the services of a 3 star hotel.

Really appreciate the help we received from Stephanie, who helped us get our rooms together in no time during a very busy point in the day. She had a very pleasant and welcoming attitude as well, and was incredibly professional. Fantastic client service, thank you!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are a little small and pillows a bit flat, and the shower a bit confusing to operate. Otherwise, the 37th floor lounge was amazing. Staff... exceptional... view...incredible. the location is 3 blocks from the train station. Way too cold to explore the area but lots to do and places to shop at.

Great location, nice rooms, and lobby bar. Service at the bar quite slow every visit but delicious drinks and decent food (except when they mix your tables order with another, oops!) Walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities downtown including the Bell Centre.

This review is odd as I only want to review the parking area (underground). As I work on the road, I always use the Sheratons underground parking so that I do not need to fight to find a space on the streets. They use a license plate camera when entering (so you get a ticket once the camera has taken a picture of your plate). You need to park on sub Level 4+ as levels 1, 2 & 3 are reserved for Valet parking for the Hotel. Cost is 17$ for the day. That is a good price for downtown Montreal as some locations are 25$ (rip off). When leaving, the camera will pick up your license plate and immediately show you the cost on the machine. You need to use debit / credit as the exit is not manned. For those of us that need a quick place to park to do our things and hassle free, this parking space is fantastic. Near the heart of downtown, you are close to Ste Catherine Street and other nice locations.
