Revoir
Recently visited the hotel with my family and really enjoyed the stay there. The hotel is located quite close to Taj Mahal at walkable distance. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was also very welcoming and professional. The food was also good. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tak Hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the luxurious toiletries to the plush bathrobes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu of delicious dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and served with finesse.
The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation options.
Overall, my stay at Taj Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail, friendly staff, and luxurious accommodations made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star stay.

Our stay was really good, the staff was helpful and sweet , the breakfast was good too.
It's really value for money option if some one wants to stay next to Taj Mahal.
I don't think any of the Taj hotels in India sell room this cheap

Would not recommend to someone staying in Agra.
Upon check-in, the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. I seemed to be annoying them by simply being there.
The room was very worn out. The air conditioning didn’t work well, and neither did the wifi.
There was some maintenance work occurring during my stay, which had a strong smell - I assume from paint. The smell was noxious in my room - so strong that I was feeling sick. When I told this to the front desk, they seemed uninterested in helping me, but after a few minutes they sent a very nice maintenance person to my room. He sprayed an air freshener in my room, which didn’t really make anything better. Later, however, he brought an air purifier which helped a lot.
I had previously informed them I was checking out early the next morning (5am), yet there wasn’t anyone at the front desk when I was trying to check out. My taxi driver (booked by the hotel—for an exorbitant price, I later realized) ended up searching and yelling to find the employee.
I’m sure there’s much better hotels for this price in Agra. I’ve paid half the price for better hotels all over India.
I booked direct with the hotel on their website, but honestly, if I had booked via a third party site I would have attempted to receive a refund before spending the night.
They reached out via WhatsApp to ask for my feedback the day after my stay. I discussed all my issues directly with the hotel before posting here, and they weren’t that helpful in solving my problems.
