Great experience here while visiting the Taj Mahal…it was clean and nice. The people that work here are so nice.
Service is exceptional. Breakfast was tasty ? and I even like the coffee in the main.
Security is good as well.
Pool is shady as in…not that sunny ? but it’s well maintained from what I can see.
They hooked up my friends with a honeymoon surprise and I really liked that!

Super convenient location to Taj Mahal, and staffs are amazing. They even brought a small cake for us during breakfast just to appreciate our loyalty with Marriott.
Room is nice and spacious, very clean and quiet. Really wished I had stayed longer with them.

I have never feared for my life more than I did at the hands of this hotel. A Marriott employee followed me back to my room, pushed his way into my room, and demanded I give him money. He refused to leave my room until I gave him money. It was horrifying and scary and unbelievable to be accosted by a Marriott employee at their own establishment. Even worse is that I have reported this to Marriott multiple times, and they refuse to do anything about the situation. They say they will get back to me, or say it’s not a big deal and to get over it, or have actually laughed at me and berated me to the point of tears. To this day, after submitting over 5 complaints, Marriott corporate, the hotel manager, and Marriott Agra have refused to get back to me or provide any update on my case. They will say there’s no case with my email, case report number, or name in their system. They will make me recount the ordeal each and every time, say someone will get back to me, and no one ever does, unless it’s to tell me I’m being an overactive woman who should be less sensitive and “put their big girl panties on”. There are probably many other woman staying at the hotel suffering the same fate by this Marriott employee who is able to continue his assaulting. This is negligent behavior and disgusting that Marriott does not give one iota of care about their paying customers safety, especially when the threat is their own employee.

Not as good as per star rating.
The room carpets were old and not clean.
The open party area around the pool was good but I saw people falling due to uneven floors below carpets.
It has a nice parking area and good service with excellent food.

I went to Agra and spent the night to see the Taj Majal and "baby Taj" while on a business trip. I was delighted with the atmosphere and service at this hotel. The restaurant, Anise, was beautiful, with rose petal-strewn tables and traditional Indian music. The staff were very friendly and made me feel most welcome. The Indian food was outstanding, thanks to the chef Imran Khan, who also explained a lot to me about the cuisine and spices and was very friendly, as was the general manager. I also enjoyed the traditional puppet show in the lobby. An outstanding hotel stay, and the buffet breakfast was as good as the dinner. Thank you Chef Khan and all the staff!
