This is truly a luxury hotel. Our room was spacious with an outdoor addition area. The restaurants are excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Chinese restaurant. We also availed ourselves of the spa services. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile for us.

Hotel staff was courteous. Rooms were nice, but breakfast at buffet was served cold that too in winter and to add to that i found a large glass piece inside my Croissant while taking a bite. Thank god i was lucky that i didnt bite the glass piece, other wise it could have led to a disaster. I would recommend the staff to look into the matter.

I recently visited Jaypee Hotel in Agra and was deeply disappointed by the behavior of the main gate security guard. Unfortunately, my experience began on a sour note due to his rude, abusive demeanor, which was far from the welcoming atmosphere one would expect. This behavior is unbecoming of the hospitality industry and significantly tarnished my perception of the establishment. It's imperative for the management to address this issue promptly to ensure that guests feel valued and respected right from their first interaction.
