Prompt and efficient room service, catering to every need with a smile and most of the good things that the decor and ambiance of the hotel exuded elegance and sophistication.

Possibly the best hotel we stayed at during our two weeks in India. Staff are super friendly and want to ensure you are enjoying your stay. Location is perfect for the Taj Mahal and other sites in Agra. Pool looked welcoming, although we did not use it. Rooms are a good standard.

Really really good experience. Everything was great. Try out the spa, so freaking relaxing. But also one more thing to note, it is a hit and a miss for the kind of rooms you will get. Ours was good(another word, perfect), but our friends had mold in the bathroom and the air conditioner couldn't manage the humidity well. Just something to be mindful of.

Excellent property with easy access to Taj Mahal activities. The front desk staff is very efficient, kind, and helpful. The facility is spotless, and the rooms are stylish places to stay.
