Hotel services are not up to the mark, as provided by the other Ramada chain in the country. The staff seemed to be less caring.. The buffet service is very slow, items once finished took a lot of time to refill and that's not just once, i stayed for 2 days and both days were the same.

Stayed on a business event. Nicely located adjacent to the expressway. Rooms are neat & clean. Food quality is also decent.

Spacious rooms, but not very clean, specially the bathroom. Wedding at the hotel with loud noise until very late. It was very difficult to rest. Weak dinner buffet and no great options for a 5-star hotel.

Hotel service is so nice and amazing. Swimming pool impressed me so much. And quality of food they serve is best

Looks elegant from outside but the rooms are a bit old & worn out. The staff in the reception were unfriendly and lethargic. Food in the restaurant was of average quality but expensive. I doubt how this is a 5 star hotel.
