Opening hours

The nearest IKEA to me was an hour away by car. The Giheung IKEA is 40 minutes away from me! The same selection is available as well as the popular IKEA cafeteria. Parking was plentiful and if you can manage to visit on a weekday, you'll avoid the traffic and crowds. I shall be returning for all my home furnishing needs!

We let our child at the småland kids lounge, we ended up being late for pick up and got threatened on the phone that they’ll initiate a “lost child” procedure if we weren’t coming immediately. Absolutely chocking and disgusting behavior from the staff. I’ll never step foot in this IKEA again!!

So crowdy yet you cannot miss the IKEA hotdogs after the busy shopping.

This is my first time visiting ikea for buying mattress and bed frame. It’s a heaven for decorating your house but of course it’s expensive. But it’s visually very attractive while walking through the place. Literally you can fine everything from furniture to bed to cooking. So great place.

Good family/kids area, even tho the play area and kids eating area aren't open. Temperatures are checked by a surveillance camera as you walk into the display area on the 1st floor. Not many people were staying 1.5m apart, but everyone was required to wear a mask and was stopped if they weren't wearing one or took it off. They have wireless charging stations and USB ports in the restaurant area. They also have an awesome family station where you can heat up water for formula, baby food, or breastmilk. Plus some kids utensils (plastic and metal) and paper bibs (tho my 8 month old decided hers was more fun to rip up than wear). The nursing/baby room is also really cool. There is stroller parking inside with 2 diaper changing stations, 6 nursing rooms, and a water purifier that has hot and cold water. Only downside today was that the women's restroom was all out of soap.
