Opening hours

Had a great 5-day stay at your hotel. Very helpful front desk staff, great room comfort and cleanliness, and an amazing spread for breakfast. Though the distance is a little far off from the main activity venues for my visit, the other factors more than make up for it. Only gripe: Breakfast ends too early... some guests prefer a late breakfast and had to be forced to wake up early for that. But it's a an incredible spread (and not crowded), and waiting staff are very attentive. Compliments to the chefs too.

receptionist provided good services, especially the Female senior was very helpful, can solve my problems. but one problem is the central control air conditioner temperature was too high. weather is too hot around 25 degrees so I feel too hot. Fortunately, your staff provided a fan for me . It can solved my problems. Thank you so much.

Good hotel with decent ambiance rooms. It is located in a prime location in the core of the city which is usually very busy and also very near to the bus stop, there are all convenient stores also available nearby. It is easily accessible by subway & bus. This is perfect for Business travellers.

Had a great stay here ! First of all the staff / receptionists where so polite and supportive !! They speak good english and supported us even with exchanging money with the best rates !! Coming to the rooms - Its quite small !! But clean ! The best ppart about theis hotel is - Food !!!!! I have been travelling for the last 6 years in many countries and stayed at many hotels but never have i ever saw this much food items and different cuisines at one place ! They had from American to indian cuisine not only in main course but also in starter to cakes to everthing ! Its one of the beat and wonderful experience i have ever had in a hotel breakfast menu !

The hotel was ok. Frontdesk and service - super helpful ? there were never any lines to reception desk therefore which was amazing as well. Breakfast is spectacular - the variety and spread is comparable to 4* hotels' dinners. The only issue for me was temperature - 27,5 - 28,5 C was unbearable for me. Airco was not working as hotel staff explained that Central Heating was on (outside temp 0-3 C) but to me doesnt make sense. Airco is standalone system and should work regardless of outside temp and central heating settings. Other than this - fully recommending the place.
