5 stars across the board! Location is 5min from the airport and they have a free shuttle bus. Clean and comfortable room in a great location! Definitely recommend this place if you need a place to stay before or after a long flight and don’t want to fight traffic to make your flight on time.

Location - right beside Unseo station. Has a Lotte Mart right beside hotel and several food options as well. Has a convenience store at lobby Service - front desk is helpful and responsive Rooms - spacious and with all the necessary amenities. Though one thing that was disappointing was that the thermostat was centrally set and we could not control. I understand it's winter but 28deg in the room is really too warm. That said the hotel staff was kind to provide a portal fan for use

We stayed here one night on a long layover in Seoul. The hotel is very close to the airport and adjacent to the train stop so it was very easy getting into the city and to the airport. The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is nicely amenitized. The noise from the street and train are loud outside the window, but welcome to the big city. Also, you couldn't control the room temperature (thermostat wasn't working) and it was a little warm for us at night. Bed was on the stiff side, but I personally prefer that. Pillows were good. Service was average, it wasn't superb and it wasn't horrible, we just didn't have a lot of interaction besides checking in, which went smoothly. We didn't use hotel airport shuttle as the train was actually more convenient from a timing perspective, and the train doesn't require a reservation like the shuttle does. All in all, a good hotel and I recommend this hotel if you want to be by the airport. Also, plan on at least 1-1.5 hours just to get through airport customs and security when departing Seoul Incheon...HUGE lines!!

Stayed one night during my transit in Seoul. I forgot to book the shuttle so I took a taxi to the hotel. My fault. The room is nice and clean and the toilet is fantastic! Very happy with the room for the price paid. The only strange thing is that there is no door for the shower and water can easily get to the bathroom door. Free drink voucher when checking in. Room WiFi was good but there is no WiFi in the lobby. Walking distance to restaurant that open 24/7. Slightly noise due to close to highway.

Excellent location. My first visit and stay in South Korea, and the location was very comfortable to reach or find from the airport. There was literally zero struggle in reaching here from the airport. The hotel smells nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms have TVs that run content only in Korean language, which is an obstruction to people from other countries and backgrounds.
