The rooms are so bland and sad looking honestly. I think they’re probably opened for 10 years but the cleanliness looks like it was opened maybe 20 years ago. Other than that, the resort itself is amazing. Lots of restaurants, a small theme park and water park, casino, and a small shopping area. I really enjoyed my breakfast but I wished the staff told me that I had to leave breakfast at 11. I thought last entry was 11. But regardless, having breakfast until 11 is extremely rare and the quantity and quality was hard to beat. Despite it being a resort, they even gave me late check-out. The walls are EXTREMELY thin though

I stayed two nights here before hotel hopping around the island. This is one of the few full service hotel chain in Jeju with proper hotel services outside city center. If you are visting the West side of the island, this would be a great place to stay. It is just 5mins drive from Osulloc Team Museum. Good breakfast spread and a few nice eateries within the compound. The shopping or outlet is nothing to write home about. There is a tax refund machine at the basement which is very helpful. Location wise, it is advisable to have a car. However, there are always taxis queuing outside the entrance, and the conceirge is very helpful to arrange for transport.

No complaints about the rooms and services, but the hotel really need to provide more shuttle buses to the town because it's quite secluded from the town and tourist spots. Also lack of facilities in the hotel, there's nothing much we can do around the hotel other than the expensive shopping center & casino. Fitness was a way too small for the 5-stars hotel like this.

Zero acknowledgement for Titanium level. In fact, our room was so worn down - mismatching paint on the wall repair patch job. Dirty and smelly bathroom, misaligned doors, etc. I did appreciate the positive energy from the staff. Definitely a 3-star hotel at best
