Horario de apertura

Please be aware that there is no air-conditioning in the room from Oct onwards. Stayed here in late Oct and no air-conditioning despite a self proclaimed 5 star hotel. Staff will give portable fan as a recovery. Ridiculous because we just came from another hotel and there was air con!!!! Be aware before booking

No aircon during october until winter. No information beforehand at the description or even email first. The front office lie at first saying they have problem instead that this is their hotel policy. They give us a fan. Its so hot at night, we cannot sleep at all. I check out the next day and change hotel even though we still have nights in here Why should you lie? So unprofessional

I was very amazed at how awesome the customer service was. The bell hop went out of her way to guide me to a pharmacy. The breakfast was a bit pricey for Korean food but astoundingly delicious with the best customer service I've ever experienced. I was nervous that I would feel pressured to go to the casino but never felt the least bit pressure about that. Lovely stay and wonderful staff!

Rooms look nothing like on the images online. Booked a Deluxe Two Bed Room and got a throwback to the 80s.

Very friendly staff, clean and very nice rooms. Sohee helped me with my booking and gave me tips on activities before I even arrived in South Korea. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Heds were very comfortable.
