We booked the suite room with sea view from Dec 18-25 and it was great. Big and spacious for our family of 4, nothing much to complain about. Location is great as it is near the airport so getting here was quick and easy. They have laundry room so we can get our washing and drying done easily when needed. A 24hrs convenience shop was just next to the hotel so it is easy to get any items from there. Many restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. If not just get the counter staff to call a taxi if you are not driving. The daily breakfast sandwiches that they hang at your door were also a nice start to the day. We also got a nice bag of chocolate and sweets for Christmas from the hotel. Need more hangers in the closet. It's like only 2 to 3 hangers per room cupboard and 4 of us need to hang our winter jackets and other clothes. Also need some spoons and forks in the suite room..else how to stir our coffee and eat some of the food we bought.

Awesome room, service and location. So near the Jeju international Airport. I enjoyed my stay, felt safe and a few restaurants around the hotel at night. The view from the room was so nice. Watching the plane take off was such a beauty. Try to reach the hotel early as the car park tend to be full very fast. If not u might have trouble finding a parking lot in the public car park.

This place has a great location and offers good value for the price. There's valet parking service if you're driving; just notify them before leaving, and they'll assist in retrieving your car. Breakfast includes sandwiches and fruit; the portions aren't large but are tasty. The triple room isn't very spacious, just enough, and it might even feel a bit small. The washing machine is available for free use, but you need to purchase detergent from the vending machine on the first floor to use it. However, there's a peculiar issue with one of the washing machines ?; it stops several times during the spin cycle. However, I still like this place, especially for its friendly service! ?

The “Standard Queen Room without View - Arcade Console Included” was a great one night stay for 2 people. The room felt newly built/renovated. The shower and bathroom were moderately spacious. The highlight of the room was the included arcade console with Street Fighter! The hotel is in a very convenient location, under 10 minutes taxi from the airport. It was also walking distance to a nearby McDonald's and our car rental agency (Angel Car - also highly recommend if you are planning to stay at the Ventimo). Checking in at 11:00pm was quick and convenient. We forgot to leave the sign out to receive the free sandwiches in the morning and definitely regret it!

A very good hotel conveniently located to the airport. The room and common areas were perfectly clean. The morning sandwiches were a real treat and very tasty. The complimentary washing and drying facilities are a real plus. The internet service in the rooms could be improved. Our stay was a good value.
